Digital Products – No Physical Returns
All our wedding cards are digitally delivered, which means there’s no physical item to return. Once the digital design is sent to your registered email or WhatsApp, it’s considered delivered.
Change of Mind
We completely understand that wedding planning can be overwhelming. However, due to the personalized nature of our templates and designs, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the design process has started or the final product has been delivered.
Revisions & Corrections
Your satisfaction matters! If there’s a mistake in the spelling, dates, or design elements (especially if it’s our error), we’re happy to correct it at no extra charge within 7 days of delivery.
One round of revision is included free.
Additional edits may incur a small fee, depending on complexity.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel before any work has started (typically within 2 hours of order placement), we can offer a full refund. Once design work begins, no cancellation or refund is possible.
